How we work with our Gold Members

We work closely with our Gold Members, providing them with a bundled package of services that is included in their membership which is worth more than their membership fee – as well as a discount on all our other consulting services.

The highlight is the life-like, hands-on crisis management simulation sessions that we use to sharpen the critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills of the gold member’s own execitives and its own communication team.

Once you have completed the modules that are included in the Gold Membership in line with our RAPTOR methodology, we then notify the risk ratings agencies to lobby on your behalf for an improved rating that could earn you a discount on your cyber insurance (thereby maybe even covering the cost of our own services).

  • Annual crisis management review workshop (with pre- and post-workshop e-learning modules)
  • Annual scenario planning workshop (with pre- and post-workshop e-learning modules)
